What will we drink to?

I love wine.  Love it.  Love the smells, the colour, the history, the labels on the bottles, everything. I love the glasses and the bottle openers and the decanters.  It’s beautiful, delicious and good for you (in the a-little-bit-of-what-you-love-never-hurts, sure-why-not kinda way that rules most of my dietary choices). 

Also, I can’t shut up.  Read on as we go on an oenological adventure!  I’ll accurately and honestly review the wines that tickle my tastebuds, and from time to time I’ll probably comment on some thoughts regarding wine more generally.  C’mon, it’ll be a hoot.  I can’t promise, however, that I won’t post under the influence.

The technical term for wine lover is ‘oenophile’, which sounds far more fancy than ‘boozehag’.  Maybe I can get that on a business card.
