Yeah, I know what you mean... I think the problem is working 5 days a week. If it was all 'weekend' we'd be fine. ;) Or maybe not, maybe I'd just think up more things to do! Here's some Aunty Ing advice...
* time isn't disgusted with you, it's just you being vaguely disgusted with yourself - take it easy and be kind to yourself - maybe she just needs some time out :)
* try picking just one important thing a day and doing it first thing, or as early as possible before you get distracted... you could think the night before 'ok tomorrow I'm going to do some writing before I do anything else' and then just do it!
* a couple of tips from flylady.net that work surprisingly well - use a timer to encourage yourself to do just about anything in a focused way for a limited time (15 to 20 mins good), try a weekly routine so you get certain things done at least once a week and don't have to think about whether you're doing them or not the rest of the time (you're still allowed to do them on other days, but you don't need spend time deciding...)
* don't want to introduce another time sink if you haven't tried this ;) but I've been playing with 'remember the milk' recently and it is kinda cool :)
